The Declaration of World 5.0

[This declaration is the short form of the mission this book invokes. It is
available as a video on the World 5.0 site, http://world5.org.]

We, the people of Earth, in light of The Three Truths, do ordain and engender
World 5.0. These truths are first: We live in Eternal Awareness and
this constant flux of energy. We are one. Second: Here, of prime
concern is our intent: fear or Love. And third, only Love makes us
happy.

We ascribe to the principles of integrity, justice and balance in our transactions
and relationships, as the only way to ensure transparency and hence
fairness. We promote localism as the best method for augmenting
health and ecology. And we connect human rights and environmental
health, knowing that failure to protect one inevitably leads to failures
of the other.

We utterly denounce war and violence. There is no greater scourge on our
planet today than hostility, furthered by nation-states and the
military/industrial/media complex. There is no viable excuse to kill
or to invoke suffering on another. We withdraw our support from
any institutions that continue to condone war and violence.

We encourage pluralism and autonomy, where each of us is valued and
respected. The meager distinctions of gender, color, class, looks,
religion, sexual preference or wealth are of no consequence in light of
our true nature. We allow no ideology or morality to come between
us, as we are far better served by ethics. We support and revel in
our families, friends and communities, as these are the lifeblood to
happiness.

We require a transparent, global financial system for any and all currencies
based on a universal, InterWeb-based standard, bringing light to
fraudulent trading schemes. This model decentralizes power and
fosters honest trade, allowing for far greater freedom in how we
design and live our lives.

We engage in the exchange of goodwill, of ideas and of goods and services.
We create, design and build our systems and infrastructure based
on sustainability, ecology and a resource-based economy. Clean air
and water, access to food, healthcare, energy and information are all
inalienable human rights.

Already we embark on the redesign of our culture, just as already we embark
on finding our true selves. The signs of healing and remaking are
everywhere, and the unholy din of the old culture draws thin. Within
World5, we leverage our connection to All and each other to remake
our world

Of prime concern is restoring ecology to our Earth. Sustainable, organic
food production is required, as is renewable energy production.
Ancient forests must be preserved. Cradle to cradle is the only viable
model for the production of goods, and localism provides the key to
minimizing our consumption, while maximizing our health.

Here in the United States, we look to The Declaration of Independence and
Article 5 of the U.S. Constitution to initiate a new constitutional
assembly. The three-headed monster of corporatism, militarism and
elitism has no place within World5. With the help of The InterWeb,
we intend a document that simplifies the law, restores justice and
balance, and honors Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Further, we intend a Constitution of the Earth in an effort to mitigate climate
change and to restore stability and health to our planet. Research,
advisory and governing councils, working together, can provide the
wisdom and will for this effort. The Earth is a living breathing body
and our only home.

Finally, we Now initiate the Federation for Peace. This Federation belongs to
those of us who take the Oath of Peace. We renounce the ideologies
of hate and terror, and align ourselves with the Peace of Eternal
Awareness, to create Peace on Earth. As the InterWeb is the mind of
World5, The Federation for Peace is the heart.

This we declare: We Love; We Live in Peace; We Move from Here; Welcome
to World 5.0.

Hempopolis

It’s clear plastic pollution is a huge issue for our culture. Creating plastic is energy intensive and creates caustic pollutants. Single use plastic, packaging, crap products, it’s a terribly long list. Microplastics only break down so far, and are harmful to our health. Our oceans are devastated by them, landfills hardly better. Animals, insects, plants, we humans. it’s quite insane by any reasonable measure.

My name is Jim Prues and I’ve been working on this issue for a while. Over the past year I’ve had a dozen meetings with city (Cincinnati) and county officials, but no one has taken a real interest. So I’m raising money to build this website and database hub, where bioplastics can have a digital home.

As fossil fuel interests see potential cutbacks in their use as fuel, they are even more determined to keep the fossil-fuel plastics production in tact. This does not serve us. Here’s the link to my indigogo campaign to further this effort…

Welcome to Eternity

Our lives have not been easy. Life on Planet Earth has not been easy for a long time, maybe ever. Being biological, as we are, and at least self aware enough to recognize this truth, we are humans.

A great reason Life on Planet Earth has not been easy for us is the rise of nation-states and the Corporation, both generated by unholy humans in their quest for power and control. Our borders are considered sacred by most tribes, even though most were generated by the British Empire before it was usurped by the United States Empire.

And yet there is one simple truth that has held since the beginning of time. And this truth is that we are eternal, living in eternity. It can be no other way.

Of course our biology will fail, it’s how biology works. Birth, growth, adulthood, aging and death. We know the pattern. What we do not recognize is that even Now, as always, we are living in eternity.

My sense is that our spirits choose this earthly existence because of the inevitable challenges of biological life. And the corresponding opportunities for vast growth. Angels and other non-physical types know eternity. They live it without the distractions of survival.

Those we know who have passed on are still with us. Many of us sense their presence even with their lack of physical form. Those yet to be born are with us as well, waiting for their turn on this earthly turning.

Here’s the simple truth. We are always living in eternity. It is our home. And yet we are even still ever moving through time, another inevitability. How can this be?

It is so because Now, this tiny point in time where the future becomes the past, is where we can find and recognize our eternal nature. And indeed, this Now we are ever sharing is always shuttling us through time. Eternal Awareness and Infinite Energy, co-mingling only Here in this place in time. We are Life, two elementals with opposite characteristics. Quite bizarre, and yet clearly true.

It is a great failure of the current state of science that ‘The Totality of Now’ is not the central declared truth of science. From the simplest two-slit experiments to hadron colliders, the Nowness of the experiment/experience is clear.

This is the truth of sport as well. It is this movement through time, we can never go back, that makes sports so captivating. So too are live performances captivating. The play, the live music, the acrobat, all capture our attention because of the fleeting nature of time. Failures and triumphs. And yet we are always Here, living in Eternity.

Of course, the recognition of this simple truth does not serve those few who control our corrupt and broken culture. We have been abused, traumatized and confused to the point where even this most simple of ideas seems foreign. It is not. This Life we are sharing is all there is. Life, and we, exist only Now.

So, as it is. We are all together for a very long time. Best we not forget this, the struggles of biological lie within a broken culture not withstanding. It may well be that these dangerous and auspicious times are designed to bring the truth of our Eternal Home Here in Life to the culture at large. One can hope.

The Frame of Our Existence

Life is the result of two elemental forces, awareness and energy. Awareness is eternal and still, requiring nothing. It is the void; endless and dark. Energy is motion. It is incapable of stillness. The co-mingling of these two opposite forces happens at only one point in time. Now. No other time exists. This is the Great Tao. This is the first truth. Learning this is our most needed lesson in this dark time.

There is great confusion among we humans on the nature of reality. This is not surprising, since The Great Evil* doesn’t want us to understand such simple things. They would rather convince us of the all consuming nature of consumption, and keep reminding us that our intrinsic value to life on Earth comes from consuming. This means both the consumer mentality where ‘baby needs a new pair of shoes’ and more critically the consumption of bullshit narratives that have driven our culture for hundreds of years. Yuck.

There are a host of places to look if you with to explore our history from this perspective. Check out the Rothchilds family efforts with the Bank of England at the end of the Napoleonic Wars or the Vanderbilts, Carnegies and Morgans in the late 1800s. A long history of lies, cheating and exploitation. Now we can add the Bezos, Gates, Zuckerbergs and Musks to their ranks.

So I move now to the truth, the answer to the nature of reality.

What we call Life is happening only now. This point in time is all that exists. The future is gone and tomorrow never comes. The reason for this is that Life consists of two elementals – Eternal Awareness, pure stillness and Infinite Energy, pure vibration.

If we did not have Eternal Awareness, there would be no memory. No recognition of what’s come before and what we may behold in the future. We know intuitively that we are the same person we’ve been ever since we found a sense of self in these bodies. We are Eternal. This innate truth has been stolen from us.

And yet the onslaught of events is ever clear. Time does not stand still. That’s the job of Eternal Awareness. Energy creates our experience of change. And it never stops.

Life is these two elementals coexisting which necessarily happens only Now. This is the only point in time where these incomprehensible two opposite forces co-mingle. The totality of Now is the great recognition our culture lacks, much to our peril.

Sports, the great pastime these days, makes the totality of Now quite clear. No one doubts the totality of now during a crucial play, when the ball is in the air. And yet after the game we’re again caught up in a mind full of what ifs and what was and will tomorrow be alright and a whole bunch of bullshit. And we feel like it’s real in our heads, and that these thoughts supersede our reality, the Totality of Now. Silly humans.

Galaxies and animal friends are aware of of this Life we share, even without the thoughts so prevalent in we humans. The birds, trees and even the sky above all know. Words are not required to experience Now. Indeed, they get in the way.

So why is such a glaring and obvious truth so seemingly strange? It’s our broken culture, designed and implemented over a thousand years so that The Great Evil can maintain its power and its structures of control.

If Now is all that exists, we are all necessarily All Here Together, and this is and must be the case Now and throughout our eternity. Life requires that we are eternal as well. These bodies? Of course not. Yet those beyond the veil are no less real that you and I. They are just far less physical.

And yet as close as we culturally get to recognizing our eternity is in some religious or spiritual creed, which might mean a future heaven or hell or something. This is just confusion.

I could go on and on, but in point of truth I’m trying to use words to describe what words cannot know. Perhaps most importantly, Life is this Presence, a sort of soup of Energy and Awareness that is always stirring and always still. Life is enchanting, epic, the ultimate truth, always here as our life line. And again, the only reason this is not obvious is because of our confusion and fear, so ingrained in this broken culture.

So, the chains of fear must be let go. Fear always points to a particular, yet it is fear itself that we must let go to experience our new eternal world. Our truth of Life Here Together.

Of course, clearly we are biological. Biological life is clearly a subset of All That Is, yet it is chained to this moment just as all life is. And the great requirement of biological life is water.

Indeed, on the edge of science are those who see connection between water and consciousness. (Adherents to a mechanical universe do not see such truths.) Based on life here on Earth, water does fit as the essential element for biological life.

The magical nature of water is of course neglected in our broken culture as well, which only cares if it can be bought and sold. When we finally emerge from this war-torn, extractive, pollutive and insane culture, we will see water for the sacred life-enabling agent that it is.

This is World 5.0. The truth of our reality and our existence. Life is Now and we are all participants. All the pain, all the lies, all the false narratives need hold no longer. We are all Here right Now sharing Life. This is good.

Welcome to the emerging future and the receding past. Welcome to World 5.0.

*I define ‘The Great Evil’ as those forces that have driven our culture for hundreds of years. It includes, but is not limited to, oligarchic families like the Rothschilds, Morgans and others, along with other ugly forces that are at work to maintain this broken status quo. The primary tool of The Great Evil is ‘The Corporation’, a bullshit legal entity that’s been growing in power since its esta

Hemp for the World

There’s a lot of energy in the air these days surrounding hemp, and with good reason. Hemp was removed from our culture back in the early 20th Century when a number of laws were established that demonized hemp and marijuana. Now, as we’re learning that so much once held as true is false, it should come as no surprise that our illusions about hemp are crumbling as well.

Hemp is the common name for cannabis, the first plant cultivated by humanity as we crept from a Hunter/Gatherer culture to an Agrarian one. This were several reasons for this. First, hemp is an extremely versatile plant, with edible seeds, rich oil and strong, fibrous stalks. Second, it’s particularly easy to grow, needing little in the way of fertilizer or pest control. And finally, hemp is native to many parts of the world, so it was accessible to large segments of our ancestors.

Hemp has a strong historical influence on every continent, with varied cultural and religious traditions. It’s written about in China as early as the 5th Century BC. It was commonly breathed or smoked by various tribes in the Middle East. Many African spiritual practices involve consuming hemp smoke to enhance awareness and generate visions like the Dagga ‘cults’.

In the United States, as early as 1619 the first Virginia House of Burgesses passed an Act requiring all planters in Virginia to sow “both English and Indian” hemp on their plantations. In more modern times, hemp was a popular crop in antebellum Kentucky and other southern states. It was commonly used for a variety of products, most notably the paper on which the U.S. Constitution was written. Several of our founding fathers were hemp farmers.

All that changed when newspaper mogul William Randolph Hearst decided to demonize the plant, his financial interests better served by printing his newspapers on wood pulp supplied by forests he owned in the early 20th century. Dupont’s new plastics were far more valuable in a hemp-free world as well. His nephew, Harry Anslinger, commissioned ‘Reefer Madness.’

Today, we can still follow the money. The lumber, textile and petro-chemical industries are the most influential in keeping hemp illegal. Then for pot there’s the pharmaceutical industry, the alcohol lobby and all those anti-drug agencies with self-preservation interests. We learn much from understanding these connections.

With this background, let’s consider how hemp might again play a pivotal role in our communities and culture.

With hemp, we have a low-impact, high-yield crop that can be used for a variety of purposes. The stalks and fiber can be used in composites as a wood substitute for an array of products. They can also be processed to create ethanol. This is a carbon-neutral resource, since the carbon released is but the carbon the plant ingested during its life. Durable, light-weight, and strong, it’s difficult to imagine all the uses for industrial hemp were we to focus on designing and building hemp-based products.

With hemp oil we have another energy-rich resource, which can be used in cooking, as lamp oil and as a medicinal, as its high concentration of essential fatty acids is great for the skin and overall health. Hemp seed can be used for food as well. They’re highly nutritious with a good deal of protein. Hemp has remediation properties too. It absorbs heavy metals in the soil, reducing their toxicity and harmful environmental effects. There are vast expanses of hemp in the area of the Chernobyl nuclear accident for just that reason.

Hemp can be grown successfully in nearly every state in these United States. One can imagine a culture where locally produced hemp provides a good portion of the energy, food and product needs for our communities. This approach would provide employment in both production and processing of the plant. It would also reduce the environmental damage caused by our pollutive, subsidized corn production. Re-integrating hemp into our culture is a key to the new localism.

And then there’s marijuana. The heathen devil-weed [a term coined by Hearst’s yellow press] was blamed for all sorts of bad behavior as part of the demonization process. Marijuana actually reduces aggressive behavior, unlike alcohol. The demonization and slander against the singular most influential plant in human history is but one example of the dysfunctionality of our culture.

Weed does indeed have psychotropic properties of note. Being stoned has a curious effect on the mind. Most say it tends to enhance whatever we feeling or experiencing at the time, offering a heightened experience of music or games or food [the proverbial munchies]. It is often used as a mind-quieting agent as well, as the stream of thoughts so constant to most of us becomes less pressing in a marijuana state of mind. In our fear-ridden, highly-stressed culture that alone could be of great value.

Medical marijuana is much in the news these days, being legal in a number of states, though often still prosecuted by the Feds. Its value in alleviating the worst effects of cancer treatments, chronic backache and other issues is well-documented. Imagine if our culture actually encouraged research on medical marijuana [sigh]. Not likely when the legal drug cartel called ‘the pharmaceutical industry’ has so much influence in government.

Finally, it’s worth noting that marijuana has not been placed as the medical cause in a single death in this country. Compare that with alcohol, tobacco, or the host of concoctions the pharmaceutical industry markets to us constantly. Mary Jane is decidedly benign.

Just say no to politicians and pundits who espouse the evils of hemp. They are uneducated, disingenuous or both [surprise, surprise]. Let’s say yes to re-introducing hemp into our culture, and to creating local jobs, products and health.

In Fearful Times

In times like these, it is easy to succumb to the darkness around us. The seeming endless struggle, the constant strife, war, illness, dark mood, and hopelessness so apparent in our culture today – it can leave one in pieces.

Fortunately, there is an alternative. There is another way of thinking, feeling, believing and being that the old culture will not recognize. It is a recognition many of us already know. It is the simple recognition of us all here together in Life.

This is our Home. Our place of rest. Our hope for constant contact with Life, and/or God or insert name here. In a culture utterly reliant on bullshit, understanding our common ground is vital.

The answer is always within. And it is always Here. The answer is awareness. While it may be confused with consciousness or intent, awareness does not rely on our recognition. Awareness Is. Eternally. As children of Awareness, such is our truth as well.

What need we fear if our condition is eternal, and we shed bodies as so many clothes or acts in a play. We are ever swimming through the constant flow of events, demarcating our eternal play.

Awareness has no need of words. Indeed, we too often use words to hide, our minds filled with chatter of little value. Of value beyond measure is our relationship, together, right Now among this incredible vastness of Awareness we call Life.

Even Now we are Awakening to the truth of ourselves and our lives together. Even Now we are recognizing the utter savagery and corruption of the elite controlled world we grew up in. Even Now we are finding Peace and Love. This eternal peace of Awareness. This constant energy of Love.

Walk alongside us.
